01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users ("User" or "you") of the kc22 platform ("Platform") and kc22 ("we" or "Platform"). By registering an account on this Platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the kc22 platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To use the kc22 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and must ensure that online betting is not legally prohibited in your area.
• You may hold only one account in your name; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real identity and accurate contact information.
• Your account may not be used for any business or corporate purpose.

We may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in your account being suspended or closed.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

By creating an account on the kc22 platform, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in your account being cancelled and your balance being forfeited.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised activity on your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at kc22 can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the kc22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Deposit limit: minimum ৳500 (per method).
• Withdrawal limit: minimum ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: generally within 1 hour.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on the kc22 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, only the correct value will apply.
• kc22 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bets and withhold payment where necessary.
• kc22 is not responsible for any bets voided due to software errors, internet disconnection, or external circumstances.

7.1 Sports Betting

kc22 offers betting on a variety of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets and odds are determined according to the nature of each event. If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided through various suppliers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. If a live dealer game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the matter will be handled in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc22 platform:

• Placing bets or playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Using fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting, bonus arbitrage).
• Accessing another user's account or colluding with other users to place bets.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and all balances may be forfeited.

09 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the kc22 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of kc22 or relevant third parties. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.
